DMC's Service Department provides continual business support. Our first-class maintenance service enables us to keep our customers working. Whether faults develop with machines or software our service engineers can repair these with a minimum of disruption.
DMC engineers have expert knowledge and are backed-up by the latest technological devices to allow the majority of faults to be rectified on our first visit.

Realtime updates
We have engineers constantly in the field ready to attend service calls. They are informed via their hTC smartphones of their prioritised job list detailing where they need to be and what faults need addressing, whilst being able to order spares and update their job status on the move.
This real-time communication enables our service team to provide the engineers with the most relevant information. This differentiates DMC from other business support companies, our ability to offer instantaneous communication between engineers and the Service Department, resulting in the swift resolution of problems.
Uk Wide Network
DMC is fully committed to this technical service support through our UK-wide network of engineers. As a Canon Solutions Reseller Partner, dmc engineers participate in regular training sessions with Canon technicians.
