LMS DC look to DMC for cost savings, increased efficiency and streamlining of vital document& business processes
 
London, UK– January 11th, 2008 dmc Business Machines Plc, a leading supplier of print & business management solutions today announced that LMS DC, the conveyancing arm of leading panel management company LMS, has recently enlisted dmc to provide a solution to tackle the ever increasing levels of documents entering the business and the subsequent processing requirements. Selected for their consultative approach, dmc quickly built and implemented a scanning management solution to meet LMS’s specific requirements whilst delivering significant business benefits.

LMS DC handles a wide range of services including remortagaging, in this case completed forms arrive from lenders bundled with a myriad of associated documents such as proof of ID, mortgage deeds and proof of earnings. Prior to the dmc solution being implemented data was entered manually often leading to duplication, error and long timeframes.  Now LMS DC work within a seamless environment with documents scanned on arrival, with each document type dynamically recognised by the system (including the lender information), original hard copy and electronic documents are then archived.
