The d120D features a standard duplex module for rapid, intuitive production of two-sided b/w copies or printouts from the PC. The d-Copia 120D also provides a colour scanning capability, activated either by the “fast key”, on the operator console, or from the PC, to access images and documents, which can be stored in a digital archive. For storage applications, the machine is supplied with Olivetti’s Desktop Document Manager, an exclusive software programme to help users organise their archive into folders, recognise
texts with OCR software, share and use the files you create for quick professional printouts. The result is a real digital archive, where nothing gets lost and the piles of paper on your desk are a thing of the past.
