Embedded
within the 9070 is MEAP, a new Canon developed
JAVA based application software platform. MEAP
enables additional application functionality to
be added to the device at a later stage, ensuring
products are completely future proofed. Additionally,
it allows customised software applications to
be developed to suit bespoke customer requirements.
To
speed up production there's a range of professional
finishing capabilities on the iR, plus seamless
network integration, a web-based remote user interface
and a powerful image server. Providing a complete
