with A3-size capability, the DP1820E photocopier
provides a practical, cost-effective solution
for office document processing. And with the standard
10/100 Ethernet interface, it is ready to serve
as a network printer. Its compact “wingless”
design enables installation anywhere, even on
a desktop corner, saving valuable office space.
As with all WORKiO platforms, the DP 1820E photo
copier is designed for maximum ease of use.
The
1820E copies at a quick 18 ppm with sharp 600dpi
quality, provides A3-size input and output, and
improves efficiency with Double Exposure, 2-in-1
copying, Digital SkyShot and Image Rotation. An
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and an
inverting Automatic Document Feeder (iADF) are available as options to accelerate copying
of multi-page originals. And with standard electronic
sorting, you won't have to hand-sort those larger
copy jobs. In addition to 600 x 600 dpi resolution
and a 256 level gray scale, the DP1820E provides
consistently optimum image quality by monitoring
and adjusting for room temperature and humidity
conditions.
The
DP1820E photo copier can be configured to scan
documents as TIFF images or PDF files allowing
the user to send them to a PC as email attachments
and another Internet Fax*1*2 even multiple email
clients. Simultaneous distribution of the same
document to multiple email clients and G3 fax
terminals is easy using the “Mixed Broadcast”
feature and convenient fax/email utilities.

With
the optional Super G3 Fax, the Panasonic 1820E
digital copier is a powerful fax station capable
of high-resolution transmission with 0.7 sec.*
high-speed “Quick Scanning” and
Quick Memory Transmission. The optional fax
communication board and standard Panafax Desktop
software allows users to send documents directly
from their PC via the LAN and WORKiO to G3 fax
machines around the world.
When
connected to your office LAN via the standard
10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet interface, the
DP serves as a high-speed, high-quality laser
printer capable of handling documents up to
A3 size. Even while performing at a quick 18
ppm (A4 size), the printer maintains sharp 1,200
dpi equivalent x 600 dpi*1 image quality. This
standard connectivity will allow all the PCs
on your LAN to take advantage of the printing
capabilities and cost savings afforded by the
WORKiO 1820E. And for connecting to an individual
PC, a USB interface is also provided as standard
equipment.
Duplex
capability is standard on the DP1820E, enabling
copying, printing and faxing on both sides of
the paper for higher productivity and economy.
Used in combination with the optional Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF), the user can stack single-sided
originals in the document feed and obtain half
the number of sheets of two-sided copies. An
optional inverting Automatic Document Feeder
(iADF) lets users stack two-sided originals
and automatically
obtain two-sided copies. |
