DMC plc began life in 1992 to provide world-class business machines to an educated and discerning UK corporate market.

Customer demand and advancing technology supported by solid financials and our unique work ethic have seen our business grow year-on-year to a current turnover in excess of £12 million.

No matter how big or small your order, you are allocated an individual account manager who, in turn, is supported by their own team of back office and sales staff. Calls and emails are now answered quickly and dealt with effectively.

We always aim to sell products, services and solutions that bring real value to our customers. We regularly investigate new and emerging market areas and take on new product lines that we believe will be in demand. We keep our pricing as low as possible and our expertise set at maximum.

We have a team of qualified and manufacturer-trained engineers who are able to install and maintain all of the products we sell across mainland UK. We also have a dedicated customer care team who support our sales staff and engineers to monitor every aspect of every transaction.

€ No Minimum Order Value - Fast Delivery
We understand that not everyone wishes to keep stock of consumables, so have absolutely no minimum order value and always attempt to deliver next-day.

€ Leasing and Finance Options
If an outright purchase will tie-up too much capital we are able to design a leasing or finance solution that works to each customers mid- and long-term benefit.

€ Investment in our Staff
We recognise that ongoing training in a wide range of skills is absolutely necessary to ensure we get the very best out of everyone that works with us. We also want all of our staff to want to come to work and so always try to maintain a convivial and professional atmosphere throughout every department. We believe this reflects positively in the way we do business.

€ Investment in Systems
Staff are often only as good as the systems they are given to work with. Here at DMC we have an ongoing computer and systems policy that ensures we work with the best hardware and software available. Our systems integrate seamlessly with many of our suppliers to offer stock reporting, availability and pricing updated in real time.

We always aim to buy at the absolute best value. We have excellent relations with each of the manufacturers we represent and exploit their expertise for the better good of our customers.

€ Customer Feedback
We actively seek customer feedback. We aim to solve problems quickly and efficiently but, on the rare occasion a problem escalates, we rely on our customer talking to us so that we may adjust our systems and supplier accordingly. (We are also not adverse to a bit of praise on the many occasions that we do a good job!)
