Eaton House Schools has developed a long-standing and highly-coveted reputation for exemplary teaching and the pastoral care of its students across seven schools and two sites at Eaton House Belgravia and Eaton House The Manor..
DMC Canotec’s relationship with Eaton House has developed over 10 years, expanding as the group has grown and evolving to suit the schools’ more extensive needs.
Drivers for Change
With the help of system audits and needs analysis, DMC Canotec has helped Eaton House to increase efficiency, improve reliability and lower running costs – all important objectives when running a group of schools with a combined faculty of 189 full time teachers, many other peripatetic staff and a student population in excess of almost 1000.
DMC Canotec’s account management team has identified where improvements can be made to Eaton House’s 18-device main-fleet, which mainly comprises printers and some scanners. After a period of consultation, 14 multi-function devices have been upgraded to better support the volume of print across the group’s schools and to ensure that equipment downtime is kept to a minimum.
Regular account reviews look at the performance of different devices in granular detail and help the group to understand its needs, where there may be challenges and which devices are working at optimum levels. With a focus on service rather than products, DMC Canotec is actively helping the faculty to produce high-quality teaching resources with ease and without the frustration of printing queues or out of service equipment.
