Intellectual property, customer data, contract details, business strategies: there’s no end to the information at risk. Document security is therefore a key area for businesses to address. It’s important to appreciate how the risks occur and importantly how they can be addressed.

According to Quocirca, an IT research and analysis firm, 59% percent of the businesses it surveyed have suffered at least one print related data loss. Additionally, the Ponemon Institute found that 60 percent of the companies it surveyed had similar breaches, and that these required an average of 46 days to correct. That is a lot of lost time and productivity.
